Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

 

We want you to be confident in your spare parts purchases. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how non-defective returns are handled. It works alongside our 90-day Spare Parts Warranty, which covers defective items.

Important: This policy applies only to spare parts. Equipment and machinery follow the separate return and cancellation terms outlined in JUKI America Inc. EAS Division Sales Order Terms & Conditions.

 

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

  •   ● Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 calendar days of delivery upon review and approval.
  •   ● Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  •   ● Exclusions: Special-order items, consumables (examples including but not limited to adhesives, filters, printer paper, or fluids), and sensitive components with opened packaging cannot be returned.
  •   ● Restocking Fee: A restocking fee 10% of the item price with a minimum of $100, plus freight charges, applies.
  •   ● Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a JUKI error.   
  •          
  •                 ○ RMA Process: All returns/exchanges must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  •                     Customers must submit RMA requests directly through JUKI’s online RMA Request Form

 

Defective Items (Warranty Coverage)

Defective items (confirmed defective by a JUKI engineer), are covered under our 90-day Spare Parts Warranty. If a part fails under normal use, JUKI will repair or replace it at no cost, including return shipping.

 

Damaged Shipments

Because shipments typically move on customer shipping accounts, claims for transit damage must be filed directly with your carrier.

  •   ●  JUKI will gladly provide documentation to support your claim.

  •   ●  JUKI cannot provide free replacement parts for items damaged in transit.

 

Incorrect Part Numbers

If you believe you received the wrong part number based on JUKI’s recommendation, this will be validated on a case-by-case basis.
