The ISM500 is an intelligent pick-to-light dry storage cabinet that can have up to 640 different positions. Shelf dividers are simple to rearrange and can hold any item that will fit, including SMT reels, SMT trays, SMT tubes, THT parts, screen printer stencils, PCBs, or any other materials used your products.
- Up to 640 configurable positions.
- 3 LEDs per position.
- Each position can hold multiple items or part numbers.

Different color LEDs can be matched to 3 different workers to help know which parts each worker needs.
Standard humidity control
Standard humidity control maintains an internal relative humidity of 5% or less. Optional Fast Recovery Unit (FRU) helps reduce humidity faster after the doors have been opened.
6, 10, and 16 shelf models
Available in 6, 10, and 16 shelf models. (Note 16 shelf model is only suitable for short parts such as SMT tubes).
