Payment Terms are Net 90 days after the date of the invoice.
1.- This price list is valid until advised otherwise with an updated price List
2.- If there is remarks in the "Note" column, please refer to the comment which is at the end page of the price list.
3.- This Price List is effective September 1st 2024.
4.- The List Price shown is the current suggested for end user customers.
5.- The Distributor buy price is FOB USA, Distributor is responsible for pick up from the designated USA based Warehouse.
6.- International shipping documents, Weights and Dims of the shipment is the responsibility of the Distributor
7.- Country of origin is Japan unless otherwise indicated
8.- Minimum Purchase Order to be received and processed is $1000 per shipment.
9.- For items on the price list separate quotes will not be given - This price List is the Quote.
10.- It is the distributors responsibility to submit a purchase order within the above parameters.
11.- Distributor has to have a JAS-OL subscription and be using it for technical/BOM enquiries.
12.- Proof of a subscription and validation of use by the Technical & Sales Team is required.
